Easy-going and approachable, Paul Leary is in touch with what our agents need and committed to providing them with efficient, effective solutions.

He joined NAC’s team in 2010 as National Sales/Strategic Relationship Manager. In 2012, Paul was appointed Executive Vice President in recognition of his expert leadership skills, instrumental work with our agents, and vast claims management, customer service and business development experience.

Paul is a Black Belt of Six Sigma methodology. He is dedicated to creating, refining and implementing processes, procedures, and new business strategies that will maximize productivity, growth and success.
